Trophy Night - 2009
The venue:
Main Hall Manor Community Church - The Date is the 27 February 2010 - Time 17:30hrs for 18:00hrs
Members must be present at Trophy Night to be eligible to compete.
Dress code is smart casual. Families and guests are welcome. There will be a compulsory raffle of R25.00 for participants.
Please RSVP to Jenny for catering purposes.
Images from previous Trophy Nights are not permitted. New members are encouraged to participate. Members may enter a maximum of 12 images, with a maximum of three images in any one category.
Primary Categories are open to one and two star workers only, however primary workers may enter the Senior Categories. The 12 image rule still applies even if the total is split between Primary and Open.
Trophy Night 2009 Digital File Naming
PRIMARY SECTION (1 and 2 star rating)
The file name should follow this format: p_category_title_author_number(optional).jpg categories are as for any other club night
Example: p_pic_Painted House_Joe Smith_IMGP0676.jpg
p = primary section
pic = category
Painted House = title (use spaces between the title name)
Joe Smith = author (use spaces between the authors name)
IMGP0676 = number (file number created by your camera)
.jpg = don't type this in It is the file extension created by your computer!
OPEN SECTION (3 STAR AND ABOVE)
The file name should follow this format: O_category_title_author_number.jpg categories are as for any other club night
Example: o_pic_Painted House_Joe Smith_IMGP0676.jpg
o = open section
pic = category
Painted House = title (use spaces between the title name)
Joe Smith = author (use spaces between the authors name)
IMGP0676 = number (file number created by your camera)

The above applies to digital images, for slide and print identification please refer to the applicable sections which can be found on this website which is the same as normal club nights except for the star rating were "p" and "o" will also apply.
Members with Trophies are asked to please have them engraved, polished and returned to the Club, you can bring them to the February Club Meeting.
Please remember to engrave the year '2009' on the trophies.
